+ R tchers overpaid? +
haha tat was wat i saw while surfing cna's forum.i went in and took a look i got a shock cos got so many tchers salary was revealed by their relatives n 'ex'.i saw many price tag(quote fr e forum) over thr got 3.1k-5k+ for tchers wif degree fr 2nd-1st class.thn still got 5-7k for HODs and 8k+ for senior tchers.wow $$$ huh,but drawing tat kind of salary u need to pay certain amt of 代价。i m nt gg to comment on those prices above whether they r right or wrong.i noe their correct range la jus dun wan to 出卖 my beloved tchers(they r my gd frens) like some of them did in e forum.i didnt respond to their argument cos i find their ang moh r so chim(不想班门弄斧) plus they type super long post so i decided to hav my stand here since i find tis topic very interesting.

NO! nt bcos i m their gd fren but i m seeing fr their stand.most tchers start work at 7am some even earlier 6am and most of them end their day in sch at ard 6pm wow is ard 12 hrs u noe! these r nt counting e time for cca,marking bks at home,doin phone calls to parents,doin ppt for lessons and setting exams papers in e middle of e night.aft adding extra stuff like these is almost or i can say 24 hrs on task.u may say 'but they got alot of holidays mah' hei hei i hav seen some tchers 3/4 of their holi hav to report to sch be it cca or meetings which means almost = to no holi at all.these r onli e physical factors dun forget their 精神上和情绪上的付出。

tchers hav to suffer those unreasonable/weird/proud parent's request bcos they think tat since they hav paid tax so they can demand tchers to 做牛做马 for them.wat abt those hurts which r cause by student's rudeness and pressure by HODs/principals/parents when results r no good.tchers r e ones who always carry e blame when most of e time is nt their fault.for eg. 70% of e class failed e test n who to b blame? it will all end up 'tcher la set e paper anyhow' or 'tcher la he/she cannot teach one' i dont wan to side track too far.henceforth i think tchers deserve tat 'kind' of pay when they hav put in so much time n effort to prepare us for e future, all e more we sld appreciate them.afterall being a tcher is nt a easy job.*claps* for all tchers.
